How do I verify my email address?
We will send an email verification message to the email address you provided when you signed up. You must click on the link in that email to verify your email address. If you have not received the verification email within 30 minutes after registering, please check your spam or junk mail folder or log in to your Account and click Resend Email. Please note that in order to get the full functionality of your Account you must email verify. This is an important security step to help us verify your Account.
When will I get my new ONE VIP Card in the mail so I can activate it?
You should receive your American Express Serve Card within 7-10 business days after you sign up.
How do I activate my ONE VIP Card from American Express Serve?
Once you’ve received your Card in the mail, visit serve.com/activate or call 1-800-597-0184. Follow the prompts to activate your Card and then it is ready to use for everyday purchasing.
Which ATMs can I withdraw money from?
You may withdraw money from any ATM that accepts American Express® Cards nationwide.
Are there any fees, limits or restrictions for ATM withdrawals?
FREE ATM withdrawals at over 24,000 ATMs in the MoneyPass® ATM network in the US. For ATMs outside of the MoneyPass network, a $2.50 fee applies for each withdrawal. An ATM operator fee may also apply for withdrawals made outside of the MoneyPass ATM network.

How do I add my paycheck to my American Express Serve Account?
Enroll in free Direct Deposit and get your paycheck or government benefits up to 2 days before payday.1 There are two ways you can enroll:

Print your personalized Direct Deposit form and submit it to your employer:
Log in here to your American Express Serve Account to view your Direct Deposit Account information.
Select Open Form, fill out the required information, print and sign.
Give the form to your employer.

Provide your American Express Serve Account information to your employer to receive Direct Deposit:

Provide your Direct Deposit account number and routing number to your employer. If asked what type of account this is, select Checking
Once you’ve submitted the information to your employer, you should start receiving your pay within 1-2 pay periods.

How can I check the status of my bill payment?
After you've submitted your payment, you can check the status of your bill payment any time through the Transaction Details page. Just log into your Account, click on View Transactions, and select the bill payment transaction to view the status of your payment.
