How come this photograph turns from this into this?

Hello everyone,

I am having hard time figuring out what kind of processes have been made to turn this photograpgh;

into this;

The first photo is a dng and the second one is a jpg that has been reproduced by my mobile phone. I want to use dng file because it contains a lot of detail and color data hence I can't make it look like the second photo. Could anyone help me out on this one? You can try by yourself too.
