SONY A6300 - Tony Northrup said overheating

I pre-ordered the Sony A6300, then saw Tony & Chelsea Northrup's detailed review from Sony's Miami junket on Youtube.

They said it shut down (more than once) in 78 degrees due to being in direct sunlight.  He suggested it would be fine as long as you stay out of direct sunlight.  They didn't say how long they were out in the sun shooting.

I bought this camera for travel.  I expect to be in direct sunlight.  WTF?

Trying to decide whether to return or wait to see if that's an anomaly, maybe a firmware fix is available?
