G7X disappointing me?

Hi,

Just returned from a 3 days trip to a Greek island and found almost all my G7X photos had worse quality than I expected or used to have with this little camera:

If you zoom into the person's face you will see a lot of noise, despite being only at ISO 125

Again If you zoom into the person's face you will see a lot of noise, less details and maybe some distortion?

I have put this one just to compare it with the next one which was taken with a m43 setup. Unfortunately they are not quite the same.

This one is quite different vs the previous one also regarding the weather settings, but some comparisons can be made. I feel the Canon image lacks detail especially when zoomed.
