Panasonic Leica 12mm f1.4 would you buy at $599

So 43 rumors says the new PL lens will be a 12mm, one would think with the Leica name we'd expect a f1.4 max aperture. I'd also guess that it would have no OIS.

So what do you think?  Would you buy? would you buy with no OIS? would you rather the Olympus 12mm or the Rokinon 12mm?

If they can control coma and CA well this could be a superb lens for astro photography, imho as the other 12mm's do well but would be better if faster.
