Storyline
The Scarecrow is going around committing crimes and making everyone live their worst fears to accomplish his goals and escape. Batman chases him but when they get to a certain place, Batman freezes and the Scarecrow notices how the place has an effect on him and intends to use it against Batman.. When Alfred learns what happened he's shocked and doesn't tell Dick/Robin about it. Eventually Bruce tells Dick what the place is to him.
