The crop factor is 2.7, thus almost twice that of my old K-5 (R.I.P.)! I don't use AF tracking, but I believe it is good: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/56531602

That can be said for any camera, and mount system, and there are many more companies that has failed than have survived in this business. Remember Edixa, Contaflex, Contax, Praktica, Konica, ...

By stacking images you can get very nice low-light images, even with a V2 ;-) ! The problem with big sensors are DOF, the problem with small sensors is noise. Stacking images can solve both ...

Simple to find an equivalent lens to a 50 on a D3100: 50 x 1.5 / 2.7 = 27 But the aperture to get the same DOF?! Not too sure about the maths in this case! 2.7/1.5 squaredm times the aperture?!
