Sony RX10 II - versus - Panasonic GX8 Locked

Please could we heave a discussion on whitch camera I should buy

The Sony Rx10II versus the Panasonic GX8.

I want best-quality video.  I want people to look at the video I eventually shoot, and say "wow. I'm not talking technique or special effects, just the higheest quality video.

So which one?
