'31' Photos: Welcome to Rob Zombie's New Nightmare

Rob Zombie took the Sundance Film Festival by storm back in January when he debuted his new thriller 31. The project had already landed distribution through Alchemy last summer, but they have not issued a release date as of yet. While we wait for the first trailer, Bloody-Disgusting has gotten a hold of new photos, which feature Richard Brake's Doom-Head in full clown makeup. We got our first look at Doom-Head back in September, but the character wasn't showing such a thirst for blood at the time.

Rob Zombie believes Doom-Head will be the next iconic horror villain. Richard Brake plays Doom-Head as a gruesome individual who likes to dismember his victims. Rob Zombie always comes up with unique and clever way of creating memorable characters, a tradition that will certainly continue with 31.

31 tells the story of five carnies in 1976 kidnapped on the morning of Halloween. »

Is 'Beverly Hills Ninja' Really Christian Bale's Favorite Movie?

Christian Bale has a strong reputation as one of this generation's more serious actors. So when it was revealed a few years ago that Beverly Hills Ninja is his favorite movie, it took some fans by surprise. Though, it kind of makes sense. The actor is known for taking on mostly dramatic roles, as well as for playing the most brooding Batman to ever hit the big screen in The Dark Knight trilogy. Of course he'd gravitate towards lighter fare while enjoying himself at the movies.

Some believe that this is just an interesting fun fact that holds no merit or weight. While the idea that Christian Bale loves Beverly Hills Ninja has been the subject of many listicles, no one ever bothers to source the original link this info came from. Until now. Yahoo has tracked this bit of trivia back to an Esquire interview from 2010. The actor was »

While we have yet to see any of the main cast members, new set photos have arrived today that reveal quite a few new aliens and other costumed characters. As you can see in the below photos, a landspeeder has interrupted some sort of formal party that is being visited by alien and humanoid-looking creatures alike. We're not sure what is going on in these photos, but it was previously rumored that this location was the new home for Maz Kanata's castle and Cantina. 'Roger Rabbit 2' Almost Happened with J.J. Abrams?

J.J. Abrams has made a name for himself in Hollywood by successfully rebooting dormant franchises. Before turning Star Wars: The Force Awakens into a blockbuster phenomenon, he also relaunched Star Trek as a viable commodity and helped get Mission: Impossible back on the right track. But before any of those happened, he almost had a hand in resurrecting Roger Rabbit for the big screen.

J.J. Abrams recently appeared on the Nerdist Podcast to discuss his latest producing endeavor, 10 Cloverfield Lane. During the interview, the filmmaker recalled a time when he actually met with original Who Framed Roger Rabbit? producer Steven Spielberg to discuss Roger Rabbit 2. It actually turned out to be the first time he ever met with the man behind such classics as Jaws and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. He explains.

'Iron Man 4' Probably Won't Happen Says Robert Downey Jr.

Before Robert Downey Jr. was officially announced as a cast member for Captain America: Civil War, there was a lot of back and forth about whether Iron Man 4 would actually happen. Now that we know Tony Stark is definitely returning in the next Cap sequel, we haven't heard too much about Robert Downey Jr. starring in another standalone movie. Especially since we know he's returning in Avengers: Infinity War Part I in 2018. Though, many fans are still curious about whether or not Iron Man 4 will ever become a reality. Don't bank on it, according to the man behind the mask.

Robert Downey Jr. likes to refer to Captain America: Civil War as his own personal Iron Man 4. When the actor sat down with USA Today during a set visit for Captain America: Civil War, he sounded less than optimistic about ever putting the suit on again without having the Avengers at his back. »

'Deadpool' Overtakes 'Iron Man' and 'Man of Steel' at the Box Office

Long before Deadpool's February 12 release, fans knew that this would not be your conventional superhero movie. In a comic book landscape dominated by PG-13 fare, the R-rated adventure's success is nothing short of extraordinary. Over the weekend, as the superhero movie celebrated its "monthiversary," Deadpool surpassed another box office milestone, crossing $700 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.

The superhero movie has taken in just over $328 million domestically, and over $380 million internationally for a worldwide box office tally of $708.1 million, from just a $58 million budget. The movie has already become the highest-grossing movie domestically in 20th Century Fox's X-Men franchise, and it will likely pass X-Men: Days of Future Past's franchise-best worldwide tally of $747.9 million in the near future. While this movie isn't a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it's still outgrossed most of those movies so far, even with the restrictive R rating.

With shooting taking place just earlier this year, the man is already in post-production. And has provided Bloody Disgusting with this exclusive first look at the movie.

Heather Langenkamp, who plays the iconic Nancy in the original A Nightmare on Elm Street, dropped the news that this sequel was happening. She is joined in the ensemble cast by another horror veteran, John Gulager, as well as Damon Carney, Randy Wayne, »
