Wockhardt will shortly be launching Ayendi® (diamorphine hydrochloride nasal spray) - the ONLY licensed intranasal diamorphine.

Paediatric emergencies are a challenge for effective pain management and when a child presents with severe, acute pain you need fast pain relief with minimal distress. RCEM guidelines recommend intranasal diamorphine as first line analgesia for acute, severe paediatric pain. Ayendi® is licensed for acute, severe nociceptive pain in children and adolescents 2 – 15 years of age in a hospital setting, thus avoiding the need for off-label usage.

Ayendi® is the first and only licensed intranasal diamorphine spray.
