What are the available shipping speeds for seller fulfilled items?

Seller fulfilled items are dispatched directly by sellers. These items are indicated by the message "Sold and fulfilled by (seller name)". The delivery speeds available are between 2-4 Business Days or 4-7 Business Days or 5-14 Business Days.

The seller may take additional time to pack and dispatch the item. This time is added to the applicable delivery speed. Delivery charges vary by seller. Sellers usually display their delivery charges on their profile page. You can visit the page by clicking on the seller's name on the product detail page.

How do I avail Guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One/Two-Day Delivery?

These delivery options are only available for items Fulfilled by Amazon. Also, these delivery options are available only in select cities. You'll see the option at checkout only if your address is eligible.

Order within the time frame mentioned on the product details page. This will get your items delivered on the next business day or within two business days as per your chosen preference.

To get your order by the guaranteed time, you need to select Morning/Same-day/One/Two-Day Delivery option during checkout.

What are the Terms & Conditions of Guaranteed Morning/Same/One/Two-Day Delivery?

The options of Guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One/Two-Day Delivery are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

• The guaranteed delivery options are only available for items Fulfilled by Amazon .
• Orders must be placed within the time-frame mentioned on the product details page to avail the option.
• The delivery charges for guaranteed Morning delivery are Rs. 120 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed same-day delivery are Rs. 120 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed One-Day Delivery are Rs. 100 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed Two-Day delivery are Rs. 50 per order.
• Only certain pincodes are eligible for these options.
• To get your order within the guaranteed time, you need to select the respective delivery option during checkout.
• Large and heavy items do not qualify for these options even when they are Fulfilled by Amazon.
• The Delivery guarantee applies to attempted delivery by the promised date. Amazon will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to receive it.
• On Saturdays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices, that might be closed.

The following additional terms and conditions apply for Guaranteed Morning Delivery:

• Morning Delivery is not available to establishment addresses like offices and business premises. It is restricted only to residential addresses.
• Morning Delivery attempts happen latest by 11 am.

The following additional terms and conditions apply for Guaranteed Same-Day Delivery:

• For Same-Day Delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery attempts to establishments like offices and business premises that close by 6 p.m.
• Same-Day Delivery attempts happen latest by 9 p.m.

What Should I do if I don't receive the Guaranteed Morning/Same/One/Two-Day Delivery by the promised date?

Amazon automatically refunds shipping charges if you don't get your Morning, Same-day, One, Two-Day Delivery by the promised date. The delivery charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-4 business days. In case you have opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to contact us to get a full refund of delivery charges.

Why didn't my order qualify for FREE delivery?

Orders Fulfilled by Amazon

Your order qualifies for FREE delivery only if you choose standard delivery option of 2-4 Business Days and the order contains items Fulfilled by Amazon worth Rs.499 or more. As a limited period offer, if the order has an item from the Books category and is Fulfilled by Amazon, the order will qualify for FREE Delivery.

On which days do you not deliver?

Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

For Guaranteed Morning/Same/One/Two-Day deliveries, delivery holidays differ depending upon the local or regional holidays of the state in which the order is delivered. Please note that ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) delivers on Sundays at select residential locations.
