I don't care what points you make. I still think Sony pump put products too often, simple.

Didn't the RX II come out like 6 months ago? Ridiculous product release cycles

So because it had the flare recall and shutter shading recall it's a laundry list of problems? Both of those issues are hard to replicate even if you're trying to, I haven't even seen anyone who ...

The 16-50 is a great lens if you consider being the worst kit lens as an achievement!

Mirrorless cameras are still a compromise, even A7R ii is a pain to use with no focus point selector. I'd be happier with bigger body mirrorless that don't sacrifice buttons and grip. The size and...

I just copy my Lightroom catalog and photo library to an external using SyncBack which I then copy to the PC I want to edit new photos on, it works perfect. Lightroom loads the catalog as if ...

I never said you couldn't use the lenses. Aperture control on gelded lenses require a more expensive adapter than normal and the AF will be painful with Nikon lenses, moving subjects and tracking ...
-
I know you can use them but unless you use old lenses you cannot change aperture. On top of that you lose all autofocus and tracking ability of course.

I switched from a6000 to a D750. No regrets at all, the D750 blows the a6000 out of the water. For a camera I can always have with me I bought a second hand Fujifilm X100 because it's really small ...
-
I would rather sell the Sony gear and buy a D610 with a D3200 (or a used Fuji X100) as a smaller casual camera. The Nikon route would let you share lenses.

They could have at least changed the eyecup, I really hated that thing on my a6000.
-
What is it with D700 owners and trying to tell us how great their camera is?
-
Well I know I'd rather have an APSC with a fixed 35 than a 1" and have poor iso capabilities.

It's funny when people bring up metal construction as if it means more durable, it doesn't. Plastic can be more durable than metal construction, metal does not mean high durability, there is far...

So what? People aren't gonna upgrade when Canon are fine for sports, it's as overall cameras that Canon sensors have been lacking a little bit.

I always get confused by the-digital-picture as some of the lenses look truly horrendous with the test photos, but in real life my results could not be more different. I guess it's only test ...

Should include the Sigma 50mm non-Art here too, sharper wide open than both the 50mm 1.4G and 1.4D, also wonderful bokeh!
-
I think only if you really love the 50mm focal length and use f/1.4 a lot. The Art version is without a doubt better but the differences are most apparent wide open, the Art is sharper with less ...

I just tried smaller apertures in liveview and still no AF! Unfortunate, I might contact Sigma and see about the firmware though, that would be nice if it can be done without a cost!
