Back country hiker camera system

I am looking to purchase a MFT camera system for a hike in September (Yosemite).  I backcountry hike, sometimes 15 miles a day.  I am over 50 years old.  I want to keep within a budget of 2500.  I shoot often at 28mm, 50mm, 105 to 200  and macro 1:1.  I have a weight budget of less than 2.5 lbs and less than 2 would be better.

Priority is stills but video would be a plus

I print occasionally to 24 inches

I have a Nikon C sensor camera system which is too heavy for my trips in the backcountry

Problem  is that one day I am all primes the next all zoom  Mark 5, em1, G8 any thoughts anything else? Is weatherproof a good investment or M10 or PenF?

I have never owned MFT

Thanks in advance
