My a6300 overheating :(

Just wanted to see how many more of you guys are experiencing this problem.  Just to be exact my setup was:

Camera mounted on Beholder DS1, so my hands weren't even holding it.

Screen Opened

studio room temp 75

no picture profile

4k 30p at 60mbps since my card is U1, (waiting for u3)

At8024 Microphone on top plugged into the mic input

And so the first time it overheated it was ~21 min

Unlike my a5100 where i could just turn the switch on/off and it would just keep on shooting with a6300 if i turn it off and on the message appears again that it overheated and the camera shuts down. waited no kidding 3-4 min and turn it back on... same isssue turned off in less then 1 min.

Switched the battery as that is where all the heat is coming from (my a5100 heat was mostly behind the screen but with a6300 its not that hot behind the screen but hotter on the right side of the camera.

Any tips,? and quick question as i have no idea about this.

Do memory cards produce heat when they're writing data?

I have no idea maybe cards arent made the same and thats what causing more heat?  or cards get hot because surrounding body of camera heated it up?  Im saying this because again the right side is where all the heat was including battery compartment

Alright, thought i had a perfect camera for the time being but this is the problem

Sony a5100 Sony Alpha a6300
