PROGRAMS

The Department of Human Ecology offers two undergraduate programs:  Food and Nutritional Science  and Textiles and Apparel Studies. The Department promotes diversity by recruiting students from under-represented groups and internationally to meet its global commitment. Undergraduate course delivery methods incorporate emerging technologies and advanced teaching tools to enhance graduates’ reading, writing, speaking, computer competency, critical thinking and problem solving skills. A Baccalaureate degree is conferred upon completion of a minimum of 125 hours of course work.
