Delaware State University’s Office of International Student Services (OISS) encourages students to incorporate study abroad into their academic career plan.  We provide students with the opportunity to experience the world beyond our campus, the state of Delaware, and the U.S. Our focus is for students to achieve academic success, and our goal is to provide programming that will allow students to become immersed in their host culture.

If you are interested in studying abroad, your first step is to complete the Study Abroad Questionnaire. We will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss your abroad options. Please feel free to review the Study Abroad Handbook before your meeting with the Director of OISS.
