I'm rather locked in 1 sensor type brand. Than you know there will be full support for it and that your sensor type camera and lenses won't be treated like a second rate choice.

Sony loves to cripple there APS-C line-up. So you have to get ff camera and lenses. The argument that's to big and expensive is faulty. Even the cheap and small E-PM2 has IBIS

Invest in (better) lenses.

You can just use the touchscreen. It's very handy. O wait...... Sony forgot to include it.

Nice new FE lenses. A welcome addition to the line-up. But where are the A and E lenses?
-
No it isn't. Is also not made to be groundbreaking. It's made to fill in a demand of the consumer. This will sell massively and will help Apple to sell even more iPhones.

If you want to make money with photography you need talent, out of the box thinking, a good network and skills to keep and extend your network. If you have that it doesn't matter if you use m4/3,...

Axactly my point Richard. So we can agree if you buy E-mount APS-C you will never get nice APS-C lenses like fast zooms, good tele and great macro. If you want that you will have to buy ff lenses...

And where are the new Sony E-mount APS-C lenses to go with this (nice) camera?Or do you really have to spend Master G money on a standard 2.8 zoom which is heavy and big?
-
Why is not everything converted to FF? FF is the standard and now people will suddenly get all confused. Normally with m4/3 (and APSÇ, Nikon 1) lenses, people and DPR always mention the cropfactor.

In case you didn't noticed; Canon is trenching the good brand name for some time now. Enthusiasts are not responding well anymore at just another minor upgraded Canon body with plastics from the...

The target market for this class of dSLR is already long gone. Even the 1200D did not sale, they had to give them away almost for free.

The A7 lineup? Why would I ever want to lug that with me? If I want to go FF I would take a Nikon or Canon. With the A7 the size and weight advantages (of body with a few lenses) are almost non...

It's almost epic. So much camera in so small package for a normal amount of money.

Again. No clue whatsoever about new and old camera prices (it's told to you many times by many persons). The world must be a very incomprehensible for you.

650 Euro in the Netherlands including tax.

I had it. Bought it new with the original lens hood. I think it was a great small and light lens. Worth every euro I payed for it. Sold it to raise money for the 12-40. The 12-40 and 12 are ...
