Quotes

Chanel #5: I cannot believe that no one is comforting me after I was almost murdered by the Red Devil, who was in the back seat of my car, and then I barely escaped as some poor, old truck driver was hacked to death with a machete! I mean, you know, I thought I could at least get some props for coming back with such an amazing, scary story.
Chanel Oberlin: Actually, #5, that story is neither scary nor amazing. That story is an exact facsimile of the hook-hand story Hester told about an hour ago. Honestly, if you're gonna...

After a gradual decline narrative, "Scream Queens" charges with strength one of its best stabs, nevertheless, as well as it improves in some respects, neglects others and in general terms, this is one of the episodes most exhausted in the season; however, the advance is beneficial.

The show cannot go unnoticed, Fox has appended an absolute idiosyncrasy more to its repertoire, it is irreverent, hilarious, fascinating and ridiculously amusing, nonetheless, such aptitudes are not enough to steady a series of nothing more nor less than 13 episodes of duration (an approximate of three months and one week); this is the reason that its ninth broadcast does not enjoy of the lavishness of its brilliant first episodes.

"Ghost Stories" returns the precise mixture between comedy and horror, an awesome progression on the mystery of the Red Killer, an extraordinary dynamism and a necessary escape of its lacklustre future, suggestive narratively; even so it substitutes its soundtrack abysmally, interesting plot twists are replaced by false deaths and a fastuous cinematography, but not entirely.

The improvement is evident, each character has an evolution of different magnitudes, but of equal importance, while some increase suspicions on screen, other characters establish and solve evocative situations in a second plane; Oberlin, #5, Hemphill and Radwell gain a greater importance and reduce the lack of visual and musical beauty. Nevertheless, not everyone has obtained an sighting in the episode, Wes does not dazzle the series with his role of overprotective father, Pete remains hidden after the fatal discussion with Grace and apparently the character of Feather was a simple filler material.

The return of Boone (Nick Jonas) was not to be expected, reincorporating with a look of Joaquin Phoenix and a profile of gay phantom; the mental capacity of the characters created by Murphy is below ground and it is admirable to see as he becomes the extreme stupidity of their performances in a worthy comical experience on its own merits inside all the scenes. As happened with Grande, the resurrection of Boone was matter of minutes (since they're renowned and multifaceted stars), but he helped to clarify who is one of the assassins and what is the conspiracy of the Red Killer about. The ghost of Boone does not take advantage of all his importance and disappears in one, two, three. I'm beginning to think that the idea that they sold us in the first episodes is clearly exhausted.

Chanel #3 can be as dazzling as irrational, given her misleading reaction when she is contemplating the "ghost" of Boone; Ryan has chosen intelligent twists and tricks, which surpasses the standards of the series, the TV show has gained certain degree of maturity (minimum), but this is without a doubt, the development more banal so far, even so, it still dominates with absolute professionalism the running of the storyline with bland foundations. The Channels have revolutionized their environment and is their president, Oberlin, who has impacted on screen this week, has given rise to a violent torpedo of speculation from her strange and dangerous connotations. Lea Michele has also impressed, once again, her unfounded death to elevate the alter ego of Oberlin is not entirely credible, as happened with Boone, Michele will receive a miraculous resurrection, perhaps in search of revenge or playing a double role to receive again the confidence of the sisterhood, then she give them the stab in the back. Grace and Zayday get little relevance on this occasion, they were devoted to organize the thanksgiving day, it's sure that the coming week will give us a huge surprise. Abigail Breslin does not still coincide with the killer profile and her performance is not as lucid as other characters, even so, she delivers epic and model scenes, for example, her own ghost story.

I am about to affirm that Denise Hemphill is one of the best humorous characters in TV shows and by far the best of the series, but I hold myself back because the comical level of the show is through the roof, lovely series! Mama Denise has been up to her old tricks again, Scream Queens has failed to balance comedy and horror equally, nonetheless, the Japanese stories narrated by the beautiful woman hit the target and settles as one of the best moments in the series; the fact that the leads were the protagonists of the imaginary stories was phenomenal; and still I can't choose, do I select red roll or blue roll?

False episodes are over, with "Ghost Stories", answers appear with gigantic steps and unpredictability grows like foam, helpful factor for the following three episodes. Gradually, it recovers from wounds and promises to finish just as it began, as a original show, worthy of "Ryan Murphy" label.
