Watch John Oliver Annihilate Donald Trump, Re-Brand 'Drumpf'

It's time to get serious about Donald Trump. As John Oliver noted on Sunday's Last Week Tonight, "Since 1988, every candidate who's won the most states on Super Tuesday went on to become their party's nominee." Or in funnier terms: "At this point, Donald Trump is America's back mole: it may have seemed harmless a year ago, but now that it's gotten frighteningly bigger, it is no longer wise to ignore it."

Oliver's Trump takedown begins with words from his supporters, who hype his business acumen, "aggressive" campaigning, self-funding and ability »

Oscars 2016: Why Chris Rock Should Host This Show Every Damn Year

It's official: Chris Rock needs to host the Oscars every year. The whole idea of other hosts has been tried, and it has failed, from the soul-withering void that was James Franco to the locust plague they call Seth MacFarlane. Why would you ever not call Rock for this gig? Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Martin are always welcome, but Rock is just the undisputed king of award-show hosts, and despite all the other things he can do, lampooning a roomful of bloated Hollywood egos is what he does best. He »

Jimmy Kimmel Unmasks Batman, Superman in 'Dawn of Justice' Deleted Scene

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice served as the centerpiece of Jimmy Kimmel's post-Oscars special as Ben Affleck sat down to talk about the upcoming blockbuster and premiere a (fake) deleted scene from the film featuring the late-night host.

The scene plays on the movie's out-of-costume confrontation at an art gallery between Affleck's Bruce Wayne and Henry Cavill's Clark Kent, with Kimmel appearing as an obnoxious partygoer who instantly recognizes the duo without their costumes on. Kimmel continues to tell anyone who will listen that these two »

John Axford Probably Won Mlb's Oscars Pool

You may know John Axford as Major League Baseball's facial hair Mvp, but the Oakland A's reliever may also be baseball's biggest movie buff – one who earned his bachelor's degree in film at Notre Dame and even presented a documentary at the Hamilton Film Festival in November of 2015.

Axford also puts his expertise to good use whenever it's awards season, too: He's been sharing his Oscars predictions with the world since 2013, when he went 14-for-15, then followed that up with a perfect 18-for-18 in 2014. Last year, he tried his hand »

"I've been fighting my whole life," Morgan says in the intro. "Fighting the people who said I couldn't fight, fighting my demons, fighting the lady in the Wendy's drive-thru 'cause she wouldn't give me extra dipping sauce. All I asked for was extra honey mustard!"

Kimmel shows up as Clubber Jr.'s trainer, motivating him to redeem his family name. »

Matthew Broderick, Nathan Lane Reunite for Trump-Themed 'Producers' Sequel

The Producers stars Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane reunited for Jimmy Kimmel's post-Oscars special to appear in a trailer for a faux-sequel to their hit musical. "Just in time for the election, it's a story that starts off funny then gets really, really depressing," the trailer warns of Trumped, which finds the two producers hopping aboard the runaway train known as Donald Trump.

"Max, do you realize that under the right circumstances it might be possible for us to make more money from a losing candidate than from a winner? »

Oscars 2016: 'Spotlight,' 'The Revenant,' 'Mad Max' Win Big

Epic storytelling and grand cinematic visions won big during a surprisingly edgy, entertaining and often political Academy Awards ceremony Sunday night. The producers of the investigative-journalism biopic Spotlight took home the Oscar for Best Picture, while director Alejandro G. Iñárritu and actor Leonard DiCaprio earned honors for their contributions to The Revenant. Additionally, Mad Max: Fury Road swept a number of technical categories.

The evening's biggest winner, however, was host Chris Rock who walked onstage to Public Enemy's "Fight the Power" and didn't stop challenging the lack of diversity among »

Gaga appeared from behind a frame and sitting at a piano. She dramatically delivered the ballad that built up as a string orchestra joined in. The performance climactically ended with a group of sexual assault survivors surrounding Gaga at the piano with the words "Not Your Fault" written on their arms. Watch Oscars 2016 Host Chris Rock Quiz Compton Theatergoers

Chris Rock's monologue wasn't the only part of Sunday's Academy Awards ceremony that took aim at the #OscarsSoWhite controversy — he also starred in a number of different comedy sketches that mocked the lack of diversity among the nominees. The most memorable of those bits followed Rock to a multiplex in the Compton neighborhood of Los Angeles, where he interviewed a number of black moviegoers — and one very excited white guy — about their thoughts on this year's awards.

"Did the nominations make you want to go out and smack a white guy? »

Beneath chandeliers and surrounded by candles, the Weeknd gave a nightclub feel to the glitzy show. A crew of female dancers sensually moved around the R&B singer while clad in black lace, which referenced the popular music video for the song that featured a nearly nude Dakota Johnson

Watch 'Black Actors, White Roles' in Hilarious Oscars 2016 Bit

Chris Rock's monologue was one of several moments to spotlight the lack of diversity in Hollywood and the Oscars, which led to an Oscars boycott. In a hilarious montage that illustrated how hard it is for black actors to get crucial parts in films, several actors joined Rock to act in scenes belonging mostly to white actors from this year's batch of film nominees to further highlight the issue.

Rock was joined by Whoopi Goldberg, Saturday Night Live's Leslie Jones and Tracy Morgan, who stepped in for parts »

Chris Rock Takes No Prisoners With Oscars 2016 Monologue

The 88th Academy Awards were held in Hollywood on Sunday night, and — as promised — host Chris Rock wasted no time in talking about the elephant in the room. "This year things are going to be a little different at the Oscars," Rock began his blistering monologue, referencing the #OscarsSoWhite firestorm that has raged around the fact that there are no nominees of color in any of the major categories (for the second consecutive year). "This year the 'In Memoriam' package is just going to be black people who were shot »

Watch Sam Smith's Dapper Oscars 2016 Performance

Sam Smith gave an elegant performance of "Writing's on the Wall" from Spectre. Smith and co-writer Jimmy Napes are up for Best Original Song and are both first-time Academy Award nominees.

In front of a surreal, constantly changing background, a dapper-looking Smith gave a simple, soaring performance of the ballad. After his delivery of the Bond theme, host Chris Rock made a crack at how similar Smith and George Michael look, noting how much he loved "Father Figure."

Smith and Napes took home the Golden Globe for Best Original Song earlier this year. »
