Fuji, is time for you to make a DSLR!...

... and problem solved!
Your compact cameras are bloody fantastic, I have one of them, but they are so limiting compared to what we can get out there for the money. Your cameras are a bit slow compared to DLSR, heck, even againts other compact cameras. They also feel unbalanced when used with a flash gun mounted on the camera. The battery life is very poor as well.
Fuji, you have been making great great compact cameras in different shapes and sizes and weight, they are all great and made all for kinds of people, specially that new cell phone like X70 .
I personally will not stop buying or using one of your fuji cameras because from (my personal experience from using other camera brands) your cameras have THE best image quality, period. I freaking love the color output of your systems and every time I use a different camera brand I am missing those colors big time, and I can't stand that. A current DSLR will smoke any fuji in most aspects, but IQ it just doesn't, in my humble opinion.
So, having said that, I think the solution here is to make a new fuji DSLR (as an option) for us that simply want one to pair it with our existing smaller fuji bodies. I mean, why not? Fuji til this point has so many different kinds of compact bodies for different shooters that have different taste, so why not a very well, yet not so big DSLR? And please don't say "get the XT1/2".
Sure, some don't want a DSLR type, that's why they left their DSLR world, and that's cool, but I think something is just missing here. I mean, I like big cameras and don't have a problem with the feel of carrying one. A new modern very well made DSLR grip feels very comfortable and the hands and they are not very heavy now days.
Would this be so impossible for fuji to do, for fuji to make a body something like the retro looking nikon Df, bigger, better grip, more balanced with a flash gun, better battery life, faster AF, better button layout, and a few other great features?
I mean, why should I have to buy a different brand DSLR for it's DSLR uniqueness when I could get it in a fuji version, with fuji's IQ??
We are in 2016 in a world of diversity, so, why not?
