)IQ is pretty much on a par with gx8, I would probably give it to fuji in most situations for tonality but its so small, you can only tell at 100% and that's from base to iso12800, above iso6400 there is an advantage in the shadows to the fuji but again only can be observed at 100%. Detail might go to gx8.

)AF, Panasonic is quicker and with touch its very very easy to use, lack of uhs ii slot though on Pana makes bursts less appealing than fuji, although buffer is decent and you can shoot 42 frames in raw vs 35 on fuji.

)The iso button on the fuji is horrible, no other way either to change?

)The evf is very small, with the GX8 you can move around freely with your eye, the xpro has you struggling

)Pana grip is nicer

)Pana ergo in nicer

)Pana menus are better

)Fuji retro look is fabulous, I love that.

)The ovf, might be ok for some of the primes but generally its not much use

)No tilt screen is actually very limiting, I didn't realise how much I like it and the touch

)Joy stick is nice on the fuji but the pana touch is better

)I miss the tilt evf of the pana, again didnt realise until its gone.

13) Video is not reliable on fuji, it is acceptable but it also shows some really weird stuff in low light

)Fuji eats batteries!

)evf is so small can't see all of the menus, eg ae-l, af-l.

Conclusion, Pana/Oly need some faster primes to compete with fuji, that's its main advantage but as I shoot mostly zooms with primes as second option for me, personally I think I prefer the gx8 after 2 days of use. Maybe it will change but the tilt screen, af, evf, touch, video I don't think I can switch
