Is my new 7Dii/100-400V2 combo sharp enough?

I am new to Canon, and just received my 7Dii and 100-400L V2 this week. I have been a Sony user. Can someone familiar with Canon gear comment if my combo is sharp enough? I plan to use this set for bird photo only and keep the rest to my Sony A7Rii.

I use a DataColor SpyderLensCal to verify the sharpness. The camera is on a Wimberley II gimbal head on a Sirui R-3203-N tripod. I turn on the image stabilizer to minimize the vibration. The difference between the two images is ISO: one at 100 and one at 640.
