Updated: Fasten your seat belts – Hillary Clinton just agreed to join Bernie Sanders at Fox News Channel’s town hall on Monday night in Detroit.

The former Secretary of State  and Dem frontrunner will appear with the Vermont senator at 6 PM ET the night before the Michigan primary to take questions from moderator and FNC chief political anchor Bret Baier, and audience members at the Gem Theater . It marks Clinton’s first appearance on FNC in two years; she previously appeared on the network in 2014 during her book tour, in a joint interview with Baier and Greta Van Susteren.
Baier notably co-moderated last night’s Republican debate in Detroit, which garnered nearly 17 million viewers and was the second highest rated program in FNC’s history.

Previously: Fox News Channel just announced Bret Baier will host a one-hour Democratic presidential town hall with Sen. Bernie Sanders on Monday, March 7th at 6 PM ET. The event will be presented live at the Gem Theatre in Detroit in front of an audience of Michigan voters, just one day before that state’s primary. Baier, FNC”s chief political anchor, announced the sit-down on his show tonight. Dem frontrunner Hillary Clinton was invited to participate, but declined, citing a conflict in her campaign schedule. This will mark the first Democratic town hall on Fox News during this election cycle and Sanders’ first appearance on Baier’s Special Report.
