This video is excellent if are a yoga lover. Yogasnas are properly categorized like standing yogasanas, sitting etc. So overall an accurate, crisp, and well categorized yoga guide. A must buy.
The instruction is too fast and the timings are not properly scheduled.You cannot watch the CD and do the moves.By the time you get into position it just moves on to the next move.Waste of money!!Bipasha Basus love yourself was a much better designed workout..you could actually watch the CD and do the workout.This one is really useless!

I love shilpa's yoga...lekin maine DVD hindi me order ki thi lekin mujhe English me bheji gayi...jiski vajah se mai yoga ko enjoy nhi kar payi kyu ki mere sath meri mom yoga karti thi jo sirf hindi samajthi hai..isliye mujhe kisi or ye dvd deni padi.
The DVD is worth the money spent on purchasing it. The yoga steps are clear and presented in simplified manner. So even someone who is new to yoga can start practicing the asanas.
the cd didnt work at all..my mistake was i tried playing it after return policy date crossed and i am now stuck with useless cd.if possible kindly take this thing back.
