Tailor support to the customer and improve consistency of service

Different businesses need different support from government to support them on their export journey. Government needs to tailor its support package accordingly, with a particular focus on Medium-Sized Businesses (MSBs), which have huge export potential. The quality of service offered to these companies by UKTI and UKEF, both in the UK and overseas, needs to become more consistent.
