Rebecca Cooke is a solicitor with Wrigley’s. She advises on most aspects of pensions law including scheme documentation, risk management exercises, restructurings and wind-ups.
She also has experience of corporate transactions including negotiations with the Pensions Regulator.
Her particular interests are the duties and responsibilities of trustees. She is a frequent speaker at local and national training sessions for clients and intermediaries.
