Wierd dead pixel on same spot on every photo..

Hi all,

I own a Nikon d610 camera and have been using it to take a lot of product photography.

While taking photos, I realized a dead pixel came up on a place on the photo and since then, every photo I take has the same dead pixel.

I am not sure if its a dead pixel or dust! I tried to switch lenses to see if its a lens problem and same problem occured on the same location.

I have tried everything, from cleaning sensor with no luck.

Please see the attachment, it is the weird looking black spot on the bottom left.

Anyone know what it is? and is there a way to remove it without photo editing software?
