Never being the one to play one position, Reec has progressed from Billboard Charting hip hop artist and writer to the voice of Middays (10am -2pm Monday – Saturday) on Radio One’s hip hop based station, Hot 107.9 FM. Reec also travels with Redbull as the MC for various campaigns including the Soap Box Race!

Community Commitment
REEC’s work with Positive American Youth (www.PayUsa.org) spearheaded his nomination and reception of the coveted NAACP “Unsung Hero Award.” REEC works within the organization to perform weekly community giveback evetnts including free grocery distributions, turkey give away events, charitable celebrity basketball games, reading at children’s hospitals and more!

REEC has recently authored a children’s book series based on Positive American Youth’s anti bullying mascot (www.IceTheBully.com) “Ice The Bully.” Through a free literacy tour, Reec and “Ice” push that include fitness, nutrition, saving money & more.

Mz Shyneka is a fast rising star taking the airwaves by storm. Shyneka’s crazy, sassy, cool and up to date entertainment news makes her an industry favorite. After high school, Shyneka began her career as an intern, in 1999, for WHTA-FM (Hot 107.9). In 2001, she joined forces with Emperor Searcy to host the afternoon drive show “In the Kingdom with Emperor Searcy and Mz Shyneka.” It was during this time the duo was known to keep the listening audience captured with their playful banter.

As a radio host, she is obsessed with delivering breaking and up to date entertainment news with her daily segment “Word on the Street”. Although entertainment news is her niche, she is widely known for cultivating personal relationships with both international and local celebrities making for informative and memorable interviews. This funky fashionista is known to network with executives and celebrities from every facet of the entertainment industry as well as host some of the most well-known clubs and major events in Atlanta.

She has received many accolades and praises as a radio host in the Atlanta market from receiving Southern Entertainment Award for Radio Female Personality of the Year to being named Best On Air Co-Host Talent in the Southern Region, her hard work and dedication to her craft has allowed her to accelerate up the entertainment ladder.

Never leaving behind her desire to branch off into television, Mz Shyneka has been featured as a writer/reporter on several online blogs, websites, and television shows.

Not “Shy” to use her celebrity to help others, Shyneka gives back to the community by making appearances at local schools, recreational centers and the like speaking to the youth about her career, peer-pressure, education and self-esteem.

ET is originally from Los Angeles and has been in radio for 7+ years with Radio One.  J-NICKS comes to us from St. Louis and has been in radio for 9 years.

Together they are the Durtty Boyz, capturing the attention of young people in Atlanta with a focus on empowering young men.
