Storyline

The Rockers, the Leather Boys, the Ton Up Boys - they, and the machines they ride, have all held our fascination for years. Whether we have admired or feared the subculture, one thing's for sure - it's an ever-evolving faction, writing its own mythology and leaving tread marks on motorcycle culture as we know it. From their earliest roots in the East Side of London, to the ever growing vintage motorcycle enthusiasm in America, Rocker culture is making its way across the globe. This documentary examine those roots - the history of Rocker culture and the Cafe Racer clubs that started the movement in a post-war London. However, the focus will be the growing American Rocker movement and its impact on motorcycle culture today. Written by Kenneth Segura Knoll
