How can the E-M1 II compete with the D500?

Putting aside the size and weight penalty for a moment, it seems that D500 will be hard to beat as a pro grade camera. It now has a flipping screen, 4K, dual card slots, and even some sort of IBIS as well as a 12-60mm like zoom, on top of the traditional strengths of Nikon systems, like it's flash, support from other makers, DR, etc. Also there is now some sort of auto micro AF adjustment feature! What advantages or features can the E-M1 II have to attract photogs looking for a pro grade camera (and who are younger and stronger)?
