  • Ray J is apparently not willing to revisit any drama involving him and his ex, Kim Kardashian.

It seems the “Sexy Can I” singer has sent a cease and desist letter to Maxwell Billieon, a former business partner who has reportedly leaked a series of old, degrading interviews regarding Kardashian.

The cease and desist comes after the first interview, titled “Ray J’s Doctor Diagnoses Kim Kardashian Smelly Na-Na,” surfaced Thursday on YouTube. TMZ reports the interview was recorded eight years ago to accompany a book deal that ended up being canned.

In addition to Kardashian, Billieon looks to release material that captures Ray J talking about dating Whitney Houston at the time of her deadly overdose. For Ray J, the material is something he wants to keep under wraps.

With that, Ray J and his lawyer gave Billieon until today (02-08-16) to come forward and explain why he posted the material about Kardashian without Ray J’s permission.

If Billieon doesn’t cop to leaking the material, the next step for Ray J will be to sue his ex-business partner.
