fujinon 23 or 35? Which one is better?

Hi All,

Which Fujinon is better 23 1.4 or 35 1.4 in terms of its optical performance.  If focal length is not a concern, and i am looking for primarily better sharpness, microcontrast and color rendering, which one should i buy.

I know this question has been asked thousand times already, but searching through various threads i haven't really found what i am looking for.

Need some help from users who have used both. Focal length is not a concern here, but i am looking for lens for Street Photography.

Please advice.
