Kim Kardashian West‘s style has noticeably changed since the birth of her son, Saint West. The reality tv star turned fashion mogul has been donning a more effortless modus operandi in the months leading up to Saint West’s birth and continuing afterward. Here are three ways Mrs. West’s style has evolved.

1. She’s rocking cornrows.

Taking a style cue from her younger sister Kylie Jenner (and pretty much every black female on earth), Kim has been rocking cornrows.

Anywhere from two to eight braids, this style can stay in for a few days. This minimizes the time it takes for her to get ready in the morning and gives her more flexibility for the random hours several months during childbirth! There is also an element, that she might be rocking braids to physically be more relatable to her bi-racial daughter, North West.
