The CBI Leadership Programme helps business leaders step up by providing senior talent with the skills to influence the external environment, while supporting business succession planning. The programme aims to create an environment in which participants benefit from a strong peer network, are able to build a strong influencing network, meet with business leaders and finally generate real value for any organisation.
If you are passionate about the growth of business in the UK, aspire to reach your company’s main board within five years and could benefit from a deeper understanding of the policy and political landscape, we are keen to hear from you.
The programme has four key components:
- Understanding and influencing in Westminster and Whitehall
- Engaging with local stakeholders and understanding devolved decision making
- Navigating European Policy: An introduction to Brussels
- International Influence: Understanding and working with different stakeholders
In addition to these four sessions, which include regional and overseas trips, all participants will be invited to attend a number of the CBI's top level and exclusive events, all of which provide a fantastic opportunity to network amongst business peers.
