(United States Ninth Circuit) - In a putative class action over the duty of creditors to notify borrowers when their mortgage loan has been sold or transferred under 15 U.S.C. section 1641(g), a 2009 amendment to the Truth in Lending Act, the district court is affirmed where section 1641(g)'s requirement that a creditor obtaining a mortgage loan notify the borrower does not apply retroactively.
