The Secret Life of 4 Year Olds is back on Channel 4 and now everyone wants a toddler for themselves.

The Great Pottery Throw Down kicked off on BBC Two - no, really. It's not all about The Great British Bake Off and The Great British Sewing Bee - now clay is getting some action as potters take to the wheel to prove their skills.

Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood is concerned that fellow judge Bruno Tonilio might be trespassing onto his "nasty" turf with his recent criticisms and on-air swearing.
The notoriously cutting judge - who dressed up as a zombie bride for last weekend's Halloween-themed all-star dance - told Woman magazine that "Bruno is definitely becoming nastier".

"That's my turf! Perhaps I need to have a few words with him," he continued.
"I think it's because he's the tough judge in the States and that character is crossing over the pond.
"He needs to be careful he doesn't get too carried away and slip up again with a swear word, though."

Top Gear script editor was "teeth-grindingly furious" with Clarkson over fracas

A Top Gear script editor has said how furious he was at Jeremy Clarkson for a "fracas" with the show's producer earlier this year.
Richard Porter, who worked on all 22 series, said Clarkson's behaviour was a kick in the teeth for everyone else who worked hard on the show.
"[Jeremy] didn't sit down or even take his jacket off," he claimed in his book, And On That Bombshell: Inside The Madness And Genius Of Top Gear.
"He just told us he'd made a confession to management and that he was sorry to all of us.
"With that he left the office for what would be the very last time."
He added: "I was furious. Properly, knee-jiggingly, teeth-grindingly furious.
"His apology seemed half-hearted and feeble, like a child saying sorry because they know it's what the adults want to hear, rather than a sincere reflection of remorse."

Dakota Blue Richards wants to be involved with the His Dark Materials TV series

A lot of people are pretty excited about BBC One bringing His Dark Materials to the small screen - and that includes Dakota Blue Richards.
The actress reacted to plans for Philip Pullman's epic fantasy trilogy of novels to be turned into a new TV series by saying she hopes to be involved.
"I would so love to be a part of this," she said on Twitter earlier today.

Lily James confirms return to Downton Abbey: "It was amazing going back after a break"

Lily James has confirmed that she will be returning for Downton Abbey's Christmas special, and says it "was amazing going back after a break".
James will be back as the aristocratic Lady Rose Aldridge for the much-loved period drama's final ever episode on Christmas Day, after her character's marriage to Atticus Aldridge saw the young couple swan off to New York.
The 26-year-old Cinderalla star told Harper's Bazaar: "It was amazing going back after a break. You are just totally re-inspired by the wonder of it, that grand house against grey skies."
On the success of Julian Fellowes's ITV series, which she credits for launching her career, she continued: "I have such happy, positive memories and a sense of accomplishment about being on the show. I don't know if I'd be sitting here if it weren't for Downton.
"It would have all been very different."

Strictly Come Dancing 2015: Brendan Cole admits he was "not hopeful" about having Kirsty Gallacher

Strictly Come Dancing pro Brendan Cole has admitted that he "wasn't hopeful" when he was paired with Kirsty Gallacher.
Gallacher was voted out of the show at the weekend after making a mistake during her Charleston, but Cole explained that she had come a long way.
"When we started, I was not hopeful because she hadn't danced - she was stiff and I think scared of it," he said on Strictly: It Takes Two. "But once we turned the corner of some of the fear starting to disappear, she started to come through and started to become a dancer and that's exciting. That's as good as somebody like Jay getting a 10 on that week.

Let's get ready to tumble - Pauline Quirke is on the offensive in a first look at the next You, Me and the Apocalypse.
The exclusive clip is taken from tomorrow night's episode six, with Quirke's Paula coming to the rescue of son Jamie (Mathew Baynton).
You, Me and the Apocalypse is an all-star comedy-drama, charting humanity's final days as a comet hurtles towards the Earth.
The legendary Diana Rigg also makes a guest appearance in the next episode, playing deranged Dorothea Sutton.

The X Factor finalists might have a tough life of early starts, vocal rest and brutal choreography, but it's not all bad - they're getting a taste of the life of the rich and famous.
And with that comes a super glamorous photoshoot for the show's official style partner Very.co.uk, where the Top 11 posed together at a lavish party and then shot further photos in their categories.
Nick Grimshaw's Boys - Mason Noise, Che Chesterman and Seann Miley Moore - spent their day with a flash car, although Girls Kiera Weathers, Lauren Murray, Louisa Johnson and Monica Michael made do with some bikes.
Elsewhere, the two remaining Overs Anton Stephans and Max Stone spent some time together around the piano, which Max seemed to be enjoying an awful lot.

Strictly Come Dancing 2015: Jeremy Vine teases his serious "news face" for his tango

Strictly Come Dancing star Jeremy Vine has revealed that he'll be channelling his life as a journalist to help him with his tango this weekend.
His professional partner Karen Clifton described his tango face as "proud", while Vine described it as a "news face".
"'Good morning, reporting from'," he practised. "Journalists do that face a lot. I think that's going to be okay."
He added: "Some of the favourite dances I've seen from the series have been tangos. Anita Rani's tango, unbelievable. And then Katie [Derham]'s on the first week. Although it is the news face, there's a lot of character in it so I've actually been really looking forward to learning it."
And Clifton revealed that she was "impressed" by Vine in their first couple of hours of tango training yesterday.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! is facing a serious headache as Australian border agents have decided to strike - just as the celebrities are supposed to start landing Down Under.
Australian Border Force employees have voted to strike in a dispute over pay and will walk out of all international airports in the country for 24 hours on November 9.
Awkwardly, that's pretty much the exact time that stars will be landing in Australia head of I'm a Celebrity's big launch on November 15.
And given that the strike is expected to cause huge disruption and leave passengers stranded, it's probably not particularly good news for producers.
It's also going to make it even harder than normal for runners to shield the celebs from the paparazzi - and from each other.

Louis Theroux is making a second Jimmy Savile documentary for the BBC

Louis Theroux is returning to one of his most infamous subjects for a new special.
The filmmaker will produce another BBC documentary about Jimmy Savile, examining how the disgraced DJ was able to hide his crimes for so long.
Savile was the focus of Theroux's 2000 documentary When Louis Met Jimmy. He died in 2011, shortly before revelations emerged that he had sexually abused hundreds of children over the course of 50 years.
The BBC said a statement: "At the time, he knew there was more to him than met the eye and, while he succeeded in showing a different side of Jimmy Savile, the darkest side of this hugely complex celebrity eluded him.

Olly Murs laughs off "rubbish" claims he's dating former X Factor star Diana Vickers

Olly Murs may now be hosting The X Factor but he most certainly isn't dating former contestant Diana Vickers.
Murs and his girlfriend Francesca Thomas split up last month after a three-year relationship, and it was apparently rumoured that he has since hooked up with the 2008 semi-finalist.
"It's so ridiculous. It's a load of rubbish," Murs told The Mirror at the Music Industry Trust Awards.
"Me and Diana are friends, we've known each other a long time. We laughed about it. What? We're casually dating? No, we're not. We find it funny."
Murs competed in The X Factor a year after Vickers, later becoming host of The Xtra Factor and fronting the main show this year.
In the same chat, Murs did admit once asking out Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on a date... and not hearing back from her.

Simon Cowell on X Factor finalists: "I think some of them could look a bit better"

The X Factor's Simon Cowell has been typically spiky with his criticism about this year's finalists.
The 51-year-old judge - who lost his act Bupsi from his Overs category on Sunday night - told The Mirror that "some of them could look a bit better".
"I'm not going to say who but you know, enough," he said at the Music Industry Trust Awards. "But that's part of the fun of making the show every week."
Despite his disappointment with some of the contestants' appearances, Cowell is certain that at least a handful of the hopefuls have the potential to become a success and sell "a lot of records".
"I've seen three, four or five artists who could not only win, but will go on to sell records, a lot of records," he enthused.

UK TV ratings: Doc Martin finale attracts 5.8m on Monday night

Doc Martin was once again top of the Monday night ratings, as its finale episode brought in over 5 and a half million viewers.
The ITV Martin Clunes drama was seen by an average overnight audience of 5.88m (26.6%) at 9pm (346,000/2.3%), down around 100k from last week.
On BBC One, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's War on Waste intrigued 3.36m (15.2%) at 9pm.
BBC Two's busy night started with Only Connect with 1.65m (7.8%) in an earlier timeslot of 7.30pm, followed by University Challenge with 2.73m (12.4%) at 8pm. Simply Nigella appealed to 2.34m (10.6%) at 8.30pm, while Autumnwatch was seen by 1.74m (7.8%) at 9pm. Mock the Week amused 1.25m (7.3%) at 10pm.
On Channel 4, Sas: Who Dares Wins interested 1.31m (5.9%) at 9pm (238k/1.6%), followed by Fargo with 489k (3.4%) at 10pm.
Channel 5's Police Interceptors attracted 1.01m (4.6%) at 8pm, and On Benefits amazed 971k (4.4%) at 9pm (124k/0.8%).
