Christopher Devlin – Development and Donor Relations Director

Christopher Devlin joined the ICJ in November 2014. He previously worked for Handicap International at Headquarters and extensively on the field with a number of NGOs, amongst them World Vision and Terre des Hommes – Italy. He has a degree in European Studies from the University of London. His professional career has been mostly on the field where he has lived or visited Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. He is an experienced hands on Development Manager that has treated numerous sectors within the Development and Humanitarian field, including infrastructure, woman and child rights, disability, capacity and institutional building.

Lucie Servoz – Development Officer

Lucie Servoz joined the ICJ Development and Donor Relations Team in September 2013. Before joining the ICJ Lucie worked on several projects at the International Labour Organization in Geneva and Lima, Peru and previously worked in different international and non-governmental organizations. She graduated in 2008 with a Master in International and European Law from the University Paris Ouest (France) and in 2009 with an LLM in Private International Law from the University of Potsdam (Germany). Lucie speaks French, German, English and Spanish.

Priscilla Gonzalez – Assistant Development Officer

Martha Priscilla Gonzalez comes from Chihuahua, Mexico, and joined the ICJ Development and Donor Relations team as an intern in February 2012. She graduated with honours from her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESM). She has previously worked in several projects with different organizations and Mexican government entities focusing on project development and management.

Nicoletta Zappile – Assistant Development Officer

Nicoletta Zappile joined the ICJ Development and Donor Relations Team in November 2013. She comes from Naples, Italy, where she graduated in International Relations at the Università degli Studi di Napoli “L’Orientale”. During her Masters in International Relations at the University of Florence she developed a strong interest in international law and human rights that brought her to the LLM at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in Switzerland. Before joining the ICJ, Nicoletta has worked first as a researcher/journalist and then as a Digital Editor for The Global Journal, an international affairs-focused media start-up based in Geneva.
