B&H has fallen badly in their service quality.

I made an order and sent an e-mail to add it to my pending order. BUT they don't read e-mails from their customers and sent a very light article straight away but it will cost me quite a few extra dollars as it was sent alone. I wrote to complain and they are not at all sorry telling me I made the mistake because I didn't change my pending order which I didn't know I could do. Very frustrating and it is the second time I have been let down by them. I think they have gotten too big and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. One has to login to their site to order so my stuff should be on the same place in their computers but obviously not. Anybody else disappointer by them. I would be interested to know.
