We were very intrigued when we saw the ice covered D with a heart in the teaser poster for Dilwale! But now there are two more that have us wondering, in a very good way, what Dilwale is all about!
Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars the uber exciting jodi of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Dilwale also stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in key roles.
The second poster is all gears and tires, and that seems to fit because well it is a Rohit Shetty film and we know has blown up some cars Rohit Shettyshtyle but the question is how does it all fit into the story?
Then we have The Gangsters of Love poster, which adds even more questions and even more excitment to find out more!

An evening of food and laughter, the who’s who of the F&B Industry made it to the launch of Celebrity Chef Rakhee Vaswani’s first ever cookbook ’Picky Eaters’ at China House, Grand Hyatt today. Unveiled by the gorgeous Malaika Arora Khan, yummy mummy of a picky eater herself, the book launch was a huge success amidst much celebration, fanfare and free flowing food and spirits!
Another highlight of the event was an interactive, fun, panel discussion with Malaika, Chef Rakhee, food expert Kunal Vijayakar, masterchef Ranveer Brar and the brilliant Radhika Mukherjee, owner of The Big Red Bus and singer Shaan’s wife. Not only did they speak about the book but also shared their personal experiences with Picky Eaters and their most cherished food memories. This was followed by a entertaining rapid fire session that could the crowd in splits!

Jacqueline Fernandez learns a few Bharatnatyam moves from Hema Malini

Jacqueline Fernandez recently met one of her all time favorite actresses, Hema Malini. Jacqueline interacted with the veteran actress on the sets of an ad film shoot. The duo bonded over a variety of topics and reminisced about her early Bollywood days. A big fan of Hema Malini, Jacqueline even requested the actress to teach her some Bharatnatyam moves.
This was an opportunity of a lifetime for Jacqueline and she was thrilled about it. The actress added, “She is one of my favorite actresses. I have grown up watching her films. Meeting her felt special. We spoke about films, and how things have changed from the time she was a leading lady in Bollywood to now.”
Despite being in the industry for six years now, Jacqueline had never met Hema Malini prior to the shoot. Speaking about the opportunity, the actress reveled, “I had seen her at events, but this was our first one-on-one interaction. »

Prachi Desai goes fitter and leaner for ‘Rock On 2’

The gorgeous Prachi Desai, who will be seen leading opposite Farhan Akhtar in Rock On 2, has grabbed a million eyeballs with her new stylish and chic look!
Needless to say, Prachi has impressed us with her complete new avatar; we hear she has gone on a special diet and workout regime to get toned and fitter for her role in Rock On 2, and has lost about 4 kgs!
She has been practicing circuit training for the past 2 months consisting of Burpees, spot jogging, bench squats, Press ups, and Crunches. And that’s not it, she had also gone on a detox diet for 5 days before starting the shooting for Rock on 2! And while she is shooting for the film in Shillong, Prachi has taken up a gluten free diet.

With less than 10 days to go until the only Diwali release ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, comes the next song promo of ‘Aaj Unse Milna Hai’.
‘Aaj Unse Milna Hai’ has been sung by Shaan, composed by Himesh and has lyrics by Irshad Kamil. This track has become a firm favourite of many and is truly reminiscent of 1990s Bollywood music.
In a recent interview to Times of India, singer Shaan shared his experience of recording the song: “I got lucky with my timing. Aditi Rao Hydari celebrated her birthday at the Sunderbans

Actress Aditi Rao Hydari brought in her 29th birthday in a unique way. Unlike her fellow colleagues, she spent her special day enjoying in the lap of nature at Sunderbans, Kolkata. Aditi is a self confessed animal lover and she campaigned for tiger conservation through a Bittu Sahgal initiative.
The actress confirmed, “Helping save tigers and the environment with people who have worked relentlessly and passionately in that direction was the best way to spend my birthday. I feel so inspired and lucky to have been a part of this.”
She was given a warm welcome in the form of a performance of the folk dance – Chhau and a play staged by the locals especially for her. Currently the actress is back in the city and is missing Poltu a dog she befriended during the trip. The actress will be seen in the upcoming Fitoor next year.

Official unveiling of Bajirao poster from ‘Bajirao Mastani’

Eros International and Bhansali Productions unveiled the first official poster of Bajirao Mastani, a 60 feet long drop down from a building at Film City. Ranveer Singh unveiled the mind-blowing poster of Bajirao in a larger-than-life fashion! At the launch event, Ranveer Singh mesmerised his fans who came from across Mumbai city by taking selfies with each one of them. The crowd cheered and hooted for him till the end.
Keeping in line with the grandeur and scale of the film, it was indeed the grandest poster launch of the biggest film of the year, the magnum opus that comes once in every 50 years—Eros International and Bhansali Productions’ Bajirao Mastani.

Ranveer Singh Wows as the Powerful Warrior in Bajirao Mastani Poster

Set to release on December 18th, Bajirao Mastani is a film we can’t wait to see in all it’s glory on the big screen. Starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra and directed by the great Sanjay Leela Bhansali, this historical saga looks to be an amazing experience done as only Bhansali can. The film tells the tale of an epic love story of an unsung warrior king and a fearless protector of the Maratha kingdom – Baji Rao.
Though we have gotten glimpses of Ranveer Singh as Baji Rao, we now have the first official poster and all we can say is Wow!

Sonam Kapoor: “Being a Sooraj Barjatya heroine is a dream come true”

Known for his family entertainers and classic love stories, filmmaker Sooraj Bharjatya is also always known to present his heroines in the most beautiful manner.
As the release of his upcoming film, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, is just around the corner, lead actress Sonam Kapoor couldn’t be more excited. Says Sonam, “I’ve been a huge fan of Soorajji’s films, they are so entertaining and his leading ladies have so much to do. My character, Maithili, knows exactly what she wants which is really cool. Plus, I get to play a princess.”
Sonam also got a chance to be serenaded by the original Prem, Salman Khan in the film and admitted that though she was intimidated initially, he completely put her at ease. When Bollywood gets Real: Lessons through Songs

Bollywood is famously known as being escapist.
True, there are heroes who can lift cars, women who can change into 7 different sari’s during a 4 minute song and indeed dance in these saris amidst snowy mountains.
However, Bollywood can be non-escapist too as it deals with real life issues that are deep and sometimes that are at the core of us all.
As we live our lives we find that sometimes we tumble through, sometimes we swim and sometimes we sink. Or rather, we feel that we sink. It is certainly in those challenging moments of feeling utterly lost and betrayed by life that transformation occurs – if we choose.
Life is full of ups and downs and we cannot control the seasons that come.
Nevertheless, choosing to see bewildering times as transformation is in our power.
And films can serve as an inspiration to do that.
For some, films help to understand the world. »
