Macro - What it Use to Be

Challenge #61 in the Macro series. Hosted by Michael Piziak.
Challenge is now open for submissions
Submit a photo that is hard to tell what it use to be. This challenge is inspired by me placing .22 long rifle bullets on the train tracks and the result(s) were beautiful - everyone I asked what it was said it was jewelry with brass or gold on one side and grey lead plated on the end ok, so what I did may not be legal, so it's up to your morals to keep your photo legal - LOL From the author of this challenge: I strive to bring challenges to the community that are not repeats of my previous challenges. I have strove, tried very hard, to offer challenges that are fresh, new, and unique to my past challenges. It has become more and more difficult to deliver new and fresh challenges that are not repeats of my past challenges, but I consider it a challenge to myself to offer new and fresh challenges to the community that aren't the simple repeats that other challenges often deliver Who am I? I'm a 15 year U.S. Biology Teacher, with a master +30, and a U.S. Scientist (retired)
