Insects, mollusks, arachnids faces up close and personal (portrait)

Challenge #14 in the The natural world around you series. Hosted by Ohmyhi.
Challenge has finished
This one if focused on getting right up and personal in the faces of insects, mollusks (snails, slugs), and arachnids. The idea is to get a head on photo of these creatures so the main focus is their face. This challenge requires taking their photos at a different perspective than normal. Kind of like a portrait for this mini guys. The idea for judging this challenge is to see who has the best "portrait" or facial shot of any one of these tiny little creatures. Entries must be focused on faces and not just full body photos. Full body is allowed as these animals are so small but please be the main focal point on faces. No dead or dying animal and no harming or moving the animal from its natural habitat. All animals must be in their home (plants, leaves, stumps, etc). No man made allowed (street, concrete, side of house, inside of house, hands, feet, body, etc). ***Photos below show what is boarder line acceptable and what are not acceptable*** (all photos taken by me)

I think this is some kind of bee fly. It was on the ground cleaning its tongue when I took the shot. MP-E65mm macro lens at about 2 1/2x mag. Taken at McCrae, Aust.
