Your CSS will work with you prior to your event to coordinate changes that need to be made to your website for your webcasting needs. They will work closely with you to establish the timing of any sensitive documentation being added to the site, as well as any other requirements.

Allows you to have peace of mind during your event. If any changes or issues arise, your assigned CSS has direct contact with your webcast producer and will be monitoring your event live to make sure any issues are handled quickly and in real-time.
