This program is aimed at people who want to specialize in one of the areas of the Treasury or the Investment Bank and gain a thorough knowledge of their chosen business area.

As a Treasury Specialist, you will have to monitor various sources of information simultaneously, constantly keeping yourself abreast of what is happening in the market. You'll need to think fast, be willing to take risks and be able to adapt quickly when the situation changes. If you choose this program, you will spend 12 months in just one of the areas of the Institutional Treasury: ALM and Funding, Banking, Liquidity Management, Trading or External Treasuries. The area in which you will specialize will be determined by your interests, your profile and the evaluations of the managers involved.


As an Investment Bank Specialist, you will need to pay attention to the smallest details and have the physical and mental stamina to handle highly complex and robust operations that require constant, close attention. You will need to keep yourself continuously abreast of what is happening in the stock market and the global economy in order to synthesize information and use it to generate up-to-date scenarios and analyses. Here, both logical reasoning and quick thinking are essential. If you choose this program, you will spend 12 months in one of the areas of our Investment Bank: Equities, Fixed Income or Investment Banking. The area you specialize in will be determined by your interests, your profile and the evaluations of the managers involved.
