Czech banks sees easier conditions in Q4, some see tighter home loans -survey
PRAGUE, Oct 19 - Czech banks expect a further easing of credit standards for corporate and consumer lending in the fourth quarter although part of the market sees tighter conditions for home purchase loans, a central bank survey showed on Monday.

Russia FinMin proposes cutting 2015 domestic borrowing to 900 bln roubles
MOSCOW, Oct 19 - Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Monday that his ministry proposed cutting Russia's domestic borrowing in 2015 to 900 billion roubles ($14.6 billion) from an earlier proposed level of 1 trillion roubles.
