Getting Ready to Buy: Does Anyone Recommend the A7 Over the A7ii?

Thanks for reading this thread. I am aware of the IBIS and reinforced mount, but aside from  that, is there anyone who prefers or recommends the A7 over the mark ii? I would be very interested in your thoughts.

I have already picked myself up a Voigtlander 40mm 1.4 and have an adapter on the way. I actually only paid 39 000 yen, not 50 000.
