In a long shot, a nude woman crouches on top of an old electrical tower, wailing and when she stands we see rear nudity (in profile). We also see her slide down a rope, still nude, but with her breasts and pubic region obscured. We briefly see her buttocks after she lands on the ground.

A man wears a suit out of which two large round holes were cut to reveal his nipples and he rubs one nipple as he contemplates battle.

Several women in a dozen scenes wear somewhat translucent gauze robes through which we can see the vague outlines of nipples on three of the women.

Some women reveal moderate cleavage while others show bare midriff areas; after several days their outfits rip down to skimpy bikini-like gauze bras and legless shorts whose waistbands end just over the pubic area.

Eight women sit in chairs, nude except for cloths covering their lower abdomen and pubic area and with wide-diameter flexible metal tubes from a breast pump machine attached to each breast with a large metal disk (we see some cleavage and navels); a man tastes some of the milk from a milk bottle.

A woman teaches other women to use bolt cutters to remove chains and chastity belts with long metal teeth.

Though actual gore is kept to a minimum, there are frequent scenes of violence and very long vehicular chase scenes. These include scenes where people fight, are shot and stabbed, or run over by vehicles. However, injury detail is limited, but a few scenes do show bloody violence.

There is a scene in which a man is struck on the chest by a chainsaw, which is followed by a brief blood spurt as flesh and matter spray around him.

A man is shot by arrows and thereafter leaps onto a moving car with explosives, blowing the car and himself up.

Many people are crushed by cars, some bodies are quickly seen going under the wheels (no blood).

A man is riddled with bullets, blood sprays and one bullet hits his eye which explodes.

A character is stabbed in the side, the wound seeps blood.

Various hand to hand fights with bloody noses and cuts.

Many people are shot, with shots of spurting blood (not over the top).

A man swinging from a long pole is shot in the torso with an explosive bolt from a crossbow. After it explodes and he is blasted backward and we briefly see exposed ribs and gore, he is shown from the back and debris falls away from the explosion. Brief and easy to miss, but may be disturbing.

A man's hand is hit by an arrow. We can see the arrow stuck through his hand and into his head. He breaks the arrow off.

A man's jaw is torn off, and blood is briefly shown flying through the air. His body is later seen for a moment with a bloody patch in place of his jaw and nose.

Also people with O negative blood are used as "blood banks" this concept of blood being stolen could be intense for some viewers
