Disney's next princess — Moana — finds her voice and her official look

It feels like Disney fans have been waiting for Moana forever. First announced back in 2014 in the wake of “Frozen,” a handful of rough concept sketches and the “Moana” title card were released. Interest spiked immediately. From those tiny morsels, a healthy, fandom emerged to create reams of fan art. While the animated film about this Polynesian princess is still over a year away, the drought of visuals is finally over. Today Disney announced the voice of Moana and accompanied the reveal with the official look for the character.
