Jayda Fransen is supposedly the acceptable face of far-right politics. The 29-year-old law graduate is the deputy leader of Britain First, a party that wants to eliminate all trace of Islam from the UK. Director Miles Blayden-Ryall follows her and party leader Paul Golding (ex of the BNP) as they embark on a national campaign to garner support, mostly through the use of provocative videos posted on social media.
Bladen-Ryall follows the pair as they pull stunts such as confronting curry houses with the claim that “halal funds terrorism”. As the film progresses cracks appear in Britain First’s veneer of credibility, until ugly scenes unfold at a march in Rotherham.
