One other thing about returning items to another country is that quite often the delivery service there tries to collect "duty" and the company refuses to accept it.  Then you have the choice of paying to have the package returned to you  for another shipping charge and still not repaired or tell the shipping company to discard it   My wife just went through this with another Chinese Company while trying to return a most unsatisfactory product.  End of story, PayPal was absolutely no help at all and a $100 purchase ended up costing $160 with the return shipping only to be thrown away in China.  Sometimes it is better to cut your losses and start over.
