You can actually have a Harry Potter Christmas feast in the Great Hall at Hogwarts...

Harry Potter fans have grown up salivating over JK Rowling's scrumptious descriptions of tables laden with magical delights at Hogwarts feasts and now they can get their gnashers into their very own Christmas one.

Not content with throwing open their doors to the Hogwarts Express, the Warner Brothers Studio Tour will deck the Great Hall for one night only, to hold an over 18s Christmas Feast.

Between 6pm and midnight on Thursday December 3rd, guests will be treated to quite the evening.

"Join us this Christmas for our first ‘Dinner in the Great Hall’ and experience something extra special as you’re greeted on arrival with welcome drinks and canapés, before dining in the iconic set that is the Great Hall" the official website reads.

"The Hogwarts dining room will be dressed for the occasion with the original props used in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, including flaming Christmas puddings and hams studded with cherries. A wand will be waiting for you at your table and you’ll enjoy the first two courses of a delicious Christmas dinner with all the trimmings on the authentic set (vegetarian option also available)."

After dinner guests will head off to explore the Studio Tour, with all sets dressed as they were for the film's winter scenes. And there'll even be a selection of dessert bowls available on Platform 9 ¾.

Plus, there'll be a free wand and even a bit of a Yule Ball atmosphere, with an evening of music and dancing, and a bar provided for those who wish to purchase an extra Butterbeer or two.

So if you've got £230 to spare, why not have a Harry Potter Party?
